Services Offered

Hands-on assistance, encouragement, verbal reminders, visual cueing, and substantial assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): Hands-on assistance with of Daily Living (ADL's): dressing/undressing, bathing, feeding, managing medications and

treatments normally self-administered, toileting, assistance with ambulation (including the use of a walker, cane, etc.) carrying out professional treatment plans, and grooming, such as care of hair, teeth, or dentures. Preparation and cleaning of areas used during personal assistance, such as the bathroom and kitchen.

We serve: Disabled, Advanced Age Developmentally, Emotionally Disturbed/Mental Illness, Irreversible Dementia & Alzheimer's & Respite Care Ambulatory. 

Memory Care (Level of Care) 

Care is provided for people in every stage of dementia or Alzheimer's, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), getting out of bed, getting dressed, medication management, and effective therapies with music and cognitive stimulation.

Individuals with Dementia are prone to wandering, so caregivers help ensure they get from place to place safely. Help residents maintain a routine. By skillfully assisting with activities of daily living and any other well-being-related needs, caregivers help create a comfortable routine for their patients

Daily or weekly housekeeping and cleaning: washing dishes, laundry, dusting, vacuuming, meal preparation, shopping, and similar activities that do not involve the

hands-on care of the member.

Observe, document, and report all changes in each member's health and report all

changes to the physician, guardian, caseworker, and care team when necessary.

• Any life-threatening condition

• Disabling or severe illness

• Any illness lasting more than three days

• Any injuries sustained by the member

• All medical treatment needed

• If the member will need to be absent from the facility for more than 24 hour

Annual or seasonal: intermittent major household tasks that must be performed for health and safety, such as yard work and snow removal. Indoor activities include window

washing, cleaning attics and basements, carpets, rugs, drapery, refrigerator/freezer defrosting, and home modifications such as ramps. This also may include assistance with packing/unpacking and household cleaning/organizing when a member move.
